Ambulance Chasing Scum
Right you lot, I know you can help.

Last my motor got scraped in the street and I made the mistake of trusting my insurance company to look after me.

Basically endeded up paying more that way and should of sorted it myself but to rub salt in the wounds the insurance company sold my details somewhere and I am now called endlessly from a range of bogus shisters all trying to con me into making a claim.

How can this be right and what can I do about it. I can't shake these fuckers no matter what I threaten them with.

I am really not an agressive person but my better half was receiving these types of calls and it was upsetting her so one evening when they called again I took the phone and went on the offensive. I went a bit Liam Neeson / Ray Winstone and the conversation went something like this.

Me: "Tell me your name son. Tell me your name. What's your name. You called me, you know my name, now I want to know your name".

"Er... Andrew".

"Where are you calling from Andrew, where do you work, tell me, where do you work? Whose company are you working for?"

"The UK Claims helpline".

"Where's your office son.? Where do you work? Tell me, what's the name of the road where your office is son?"

"Er, Wilton Street."

Which town is that in? Where's that then?"

"Manchester."

"Well I know Manchester so listen to me. If you ever call this number again I am going to come to Wilton Street in Manchester and I will find you and I will make you regret you ever called me up. Do you understand?"

"There's no need to be aggressive sir I..."

"Do you understand?"

"I'm sorry..."

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

They never called back.

Getting to the point where you need to have front and rear camera's to stop spurious claims of whiplash.

If its phone calls, sign up to the TPS. This can be landline and mobile.

http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/index.html

If they continue to persistently call, then you can then claim money from them.

Signed up my mobile a year or so back and I very rarely get any unsolicited calls. If I do, I state I'm on TPS and they cannot contact me.

You know where he lives?

I once opened my car door on a bend, and a car went into it doing no more than 5 mph as was also near the end of the road.

I admitted guilt straight away and told her I'd sort it out and so we swapped details.

A while later I received a court summons over it for dangerous driving and putting two children's live's in danger, who were subsequently hospitalised with whiplash injuries and the woman had to have a month off of work injured.

All a complete and utter lie and I later found out her best friend was the doctor who gave all of the diagnoses to them and so was obviously in on getting her a huge pay out.

Got given 6 points and a £500 fine (read in the paper the same week someone got less for killing someone drink driving), so I basically took the hit on the chin and waited a few months.

Had her address from the details swap, so after being patient, me and a mate went round to her house at 3am and done as much damage that was possible to her beloved car.

Not big and clever, but at least cheered the 20 year old me up the fucking cunt and her cunt kids!

Carry a whistle around with you. These places normally have their staff wearing headsets.
When they call, answer and whisper down the phone so they press said headsets to their ears in an attempt to hear you.

Then, take a deep breath and let rip a blast of the whistle!

Fingers crossed you may perforate an eardrum, or two!

I normally state you have called me at Work this is Met Police Fraud Line, Do you wish to continue,? That normally does it. Block the number if you can.

I sometimes switch and say Emergency Services which service do you require

I had this after I wrote my car off...seemed to dwindle after I told them I was in the car alone and crashed because I fell asleep at the wheel and no-one else was involved...
I asked my insurer who they'd passed on my details to and they said they hadn't, wouldn't and couldn't so I made the assumption it was subsidiary companies who couldn't be told the accident details but were somehow sideways given claimants details...
Probably...
Possibly...
Still cunts the lot of them...

Re: Ambulance Chasing Scum
Also 4 years ago a bus hit my car when it was parked outside my house and I was inside. Still paying more for my insurance for that too.
Cunts sold my details in, got loads of ambulance chasers calling advising me that I must have been injured and could claim. Was fun asking how I could have been injured when I was in my house?

Got my first ambulance chaser call the other day about my last accident below and the bloke was saying that I could have got whiplash too and was advising me to claim. I replied "so you are advising me to make a false claim" and he put the phone down.

Drove through a huge puddle and bent my rods..I asked Admiral if I could claim for an engine and was told 'no'
Then I got phone calls saying that the accident I'd been in on February 14th,the third party had put funds aside for my claim...I questioned how a puddle of water could do such a thing and after about 10 calls they got the hint *cunts*

Re: Ambulance Chasing Scum
In August 2014 I reversed into a car at 1mph, I had just about stopped as I saw it and just touched the front bumper as I stopped.
This scrawny little "chavv looking cunt got out to check for damage, there was none at all on his or my car. A passer by even said "he barely touched you mate" to the other driver as he seemed to be trying to find a mark on his bumper.
We eventually agreed there was no damage so end of or so I thought.
2 weeks later my insurance company called me to inform me that he had contacted his insurance and though was not claiming for any damage to his car he was claiming whiplash from my insurance.
He had also sought no medical advice or proof of whiplash but was claiming he would be off work for 2 months. He is apparantly self employed.
Obviously I denied this was possible and pointed out the obvious flaws in his story. After telling my side of the story my insurance agreed to challenge it and refuse to pay out. 2 weeks after that the young kid in the car is claiming for whiplash too.
This immediately put my insurance up by over £80 as it was by now due.
Last Oct it was settled that he was getting nothing so again I thought end of. Still cost me more for insurance again as you have to declare any accident for 5 years everytime you get an ins quote and no fault or payout or not they will load it on your policy even if someone hits you.

Then 2 weeks ago I got a letter from solicitors representing my ins that the cint has taken it to court. They are still going to fight it but he may still end up with a hefty wedge.

I want to knock the cunt out!

I'd only been back in the country a couple of months when all sorts of these calls kept coming through - all I do now is just put the phone down without hanging up, and carry on listening to my music. They get to the end of their script fire off the first question (I assume) then cotton on that nobody's listening and eventually hang up. Cold-call THAT you loser.

It seems a fairly successful strategy as the call rate has dropped considerably - about one a week now as opposed to 2-3 per day at the outset.

It's no wonder the NHS are stretched if an ambulance goes out for 'my car got scratched in the street'.

You follow the ambulance to ask the person when getting out if they've had an accident.

I strongly advise you to seek advice on West Ham websites and definitely not the money saving expert sites who specifically deal with this stuff.

Weirdo.

I always ask what one as I have 3 or 4 going on, it stops them in their tracks when you ask them times and dates , they say that they can't tell you because of the data protection act so I play along a bit.

Alternatively I just hang up.

Then see the funny side of it.
